AlleMedia B.V. is a Dutch media and marketing company focused on connecting organizations with relevant audiences. They achieve this by developing and managing digital platforms such as websites, apps, and online publications.

In addition, AlleMedia supports its clients with marketing and advertising services, including campaign creation and content production, to increase visibility and generate leads. A key part of their approach is enhancing domain authority through backlinks.

From in-house to a partner-based model

AlleMedia initially operated its own call center, but over time transitioned to a fully partner-based structure. Today, the business is built around external partner call centers.

AlleMedia provides a complete infrastructure to its partners, including the dialer, leads, back-office systems, invoicing processes, and customer support. Everything is connected and configured so partners can focus entirely on generating sales.

The company now operates around 100 seats in Adversus in a highly customized setup, where leads are distributed through tailored journeys. The system, designed by CEO Jos Bijkersma, is built to handle the complexity of partners operating across the country, with a clear ambition to scale internationally.

“Local presence matters in our business. It’s important that our entire setup is plug-and-play to make it easy to connect to partners and open new offices,” Jos tells.

Manual processes were limiting growth

Before implementing Adversus, AlleMedia faced significant operational challenges. The process of transferring lead data from the dialer to the order handling system was manual, which created bottlenecks and limited growth.

At the time, the company was handling high volumes of around 600–700 sales per month, but the system was under strain. As they attempted to scale, errors began to increase.

“We wanted to ramp it up, but we couldn’t. As long as there is manual intervention, you get human errors. Our setup was simply too complex, and our dialer and order handling system didn’t complement each other,” Jos tells.

Automation and Integration

AlleMedia needed a way to automate workflows and connect systems seamlessly. Adversus offered a flexible infrastructure using webhooks and customized journeys, enabling the company to redesign its entire setup including a bullet proof integration to other tools.

“We were looking for a way to automate processes and connect our dialer software with our new order handling system. When we started, we didn’t just change dialer software; we rebuilt the entire system behind it, including order handling, publishing, and invoicing.”

The new setup was rolled out across five partners simultaneously and built entirely on customized workflows using journeys and integrations.

Rather than relying on standard features, AlleMedia has built its entire workflow using the journeys module, integrating it with external systems and services. From lead generation via Datapeeps to order handling and publishing, everything is fully customized.

“Our entire technical setup has evolved around the journeys feature because it is flexible and allows for deep customization. It’s a hidden gem - it enables us to connect anything to everything.”

Immediate impact and performance gains

Although there was some initial hesitation, the rollout proved successful.

“Everyone was a bit nervous when we launched, but there was no reason to be. Some agents initially struggled with the new setup, but only because the whole setup was completely new to them. But once they experienced the increased dialer speed and efficiency, adoption quickly improved. We went from approximately 50,000 calls per week to more than double within a few months.”

For AlleMedia, call volume is essential, as their business model relies on efficient outbound outreach.

“The more calls we make, the higher our chances of reaching new customers. With such high call volumes, even minor disruptions can have significant consequences. Outages are virtually non-existent in Adversus. Every minute counts, and system breakdowns can be very costly for us, but that’s not something we need to worry about anymore.”

More sales without higher costs

The improvements in speed, automation, and system reliability have had a direct impact on performance. By eliminating manual processes and increasing call volume, AlleMedia has been able to increase sales by 20-30 percent without raising costs.

The more efficient lead flow, combined with a smoother process from first contact to conversion, has strengthened their overall sales performance.

Managing a complex partner network

The partner network is the backbone in AlleMedias operations, where leads can be distributed strategically across partners, making both cross-selling and upselling possible, while each partner operates within its own user and permission structure, ensuring clear administration and compliance

“It’s possible to ensure fair lead distribution using journeys. When a partner makes a sale, we reserve that lead for them for three months so they have the opportunity to upsell. If there is no further activity, the lead is reassigned to another partner. During this process, all lead data is reset, allowing each partner to approach the lead as new. By doing that, we use the full potential of our lead pool.”

This level of customization has become the foundation for AlleMedia’s European expansion strategy.

“We are now much better positioned for expansion across Europe because of this setup. Basically, we can just plug and play.”

As part of this ambition, AlleMedia is actively looking to connect with partners and call centers interested in exploring opportunities in the German market. The company is open to meeting during this quarter or the next quarter of 2026 to discuss potential partnerships and how the setup could support local growth.

AlleMedia also welcomes conversations with other interested parties who want to explore similar possibilities in their own home markets.
