Our founders took matters into their own hands and started Adversus back in 2015 with a dream of building a call center software that would change the game.
One year after the idea had been born, two new investors had joined the team, and a functioning dialer was up and running. The garage, where the whole idea about Adversus came to life, had been replaced with an office, and the very first customer had been acquired.
Today, we have three co-founders and a dedicated team that works every day to create the best possible solution for our customers. We believe in user-driven innovation, and our customers have made us understand the need to engage with clients in a whole new way. That is why we continuously listen to their needs and feedback.

Our mission is to ensure enterprise-grade features to a broad audience through a highly intuitive user interface. New features and changes to the existing UI are centered around customer feedback. At the same time, we want to ensure quality, data assurance, and the highest up-time.

Our headquarter is located in Aarhus, Denmark, which also is the place Adversus was founded. In 2019 we began our cooperation with our Armenian partners, and in 2020 we partnered up with our Canadian team to be closer to our customers across the Atlantic. Our partners have full scope, which includes sales, marketing, and support.
Having employees in three different places in the world gives us a unique possibility to give our customers the best conditions and support.
