Eztablisher is a Swedish call center specializing in booking meetings with decision-makers across various industries for B2B companies. Since its founding in 2017, the company has grown to 20 employees, with some working from two central offices and others remotely across Sweden. Growing from a small, centralized team to a nationwide network of consultants requires more than just solid teamwork and structure. It also demands flexibility and streamlined operations - especially when it comes to maintaining high-quality customer service without spending countless hours on manual tasks. As Eztablisher added more clients, the tools it relied on began to create friction.
“We were stitching together workarounds just to make things function,” Jonatan explains. “Every client is different, and we needed a setup that could adapt to those differences without adding more overhead.”
As their operations scaled, the team needed to customize campaigns with different booking logic, reminders, and follow-ups. However, their previous system only supported basic configurations - forcing them to rely on third-party tools like Zapier to bridge the gaps. This approach enables immediate tracking and easy customization. With the flexibility to add or remove KPIs based on individual customer needs, each dashboard is tailored to the specific business. Every customer has direct access to their dashboard, allowing them to monitor performance in real time - making it easier to follow up and respond promptly when needed.

Before switching to Adversus, Eztablisher relied on separate tools for dialing, reporting, and meeting management. This fragmented setup required frequent manual exports and constant switching between systems, making operations inefficient and time-consuming.
After testing Adversus on a trial basis, the team decided to transition fully.
