Progressive dialing

Want to make sure that there's always a vacant agent ready to take the call? With Progressive dialing, your agents don't have to do anything except being available. Choose maximum ring time and if the dialer should activate countdown.

  • Make sure no calls are dropped
  • Activate countdown to make sure agents don't receive calls immediately after hanging up

Predictive dialing

Dial more leads than agents available to minimize the waiting time between active calls. The Predictive dialing algorithm adjusts to average talk time, number of available agents, number of missed calls, etc. Define the settings according to your needs.

 

  • Make outbound calls based on your current dialing ratio
